The project "Spaces for Engagement: Using knowledge to improve public decisions" is a GDNet initiative, implemented in Latin America by CIPPEC. The project aims at using knowledge management to improve bridging research and policy. The underlying purpose is to strengthen debate about how to enhance this practice. Therefore, GDNet and CIPPEC seek to enable more effective interventions for the use of research in policy that lead to more effective public policies in the region. The project also seeks to promote South-South cooperation on linking research and policy between Latin America, Asia and Africa.
